Decrease In Pain, Fatigue & Dystrophic Findings (At 2-4 Months Of Treatment) Number of patients *Dec. Pain at 20-100% **Dec. Fatigue at 25-50% ***Dec. Dystrophy at 25-75% Note: Only 1 of 2 of the “No effect” patients has completed 4 months of A.P. therapy. All “No Effect” patients continue to report increased pain or fatigue from treatment.

Conclusions Antibiotic protocol can offer substantial improvement in at least some patients with RSD. It remains speculation as to which RSD cases will respond to A.P.
