2. 2 GoObserve GoObserve © is a one-of-kind software application that helps school administrators and university-based supervisors of preservice teachers more efficiently schedule classroom observations and more effectively capture teaching that occurs during these observations.

3. 3 GoObserve GoObserve is an application that resides on a Windows desktop/laptop and that is synchronized with Palm OS handheld.

4. 4 Desktop Main Screen GoObserve is simple and easy to use. Just download it and use it!

5. 5 GoObserve is Flexible GoObserve will work in any school or university setting. It augments existing evaluation programs, and captures electronically, important observation data for longitudinal analysis. On the desktop, users enter classroom activity categories, evaluation criteria, often used observation phrases and employee classifications.

10. 10 GoObserve Next, users enter staff information and then schedule observations. A user can schedule a specific day and time, or enter a reminder for the first day of the month to schedule day and time. Scheduling is done on the desktop and then is synchronized to become a part of a handheld’s calendar.

13. 13 Classroom Observation Once in the classroom, the GoObserve handheld component allows the user to unobtrusively “script” classroom activities. Using categorization and time- stamping features, GoObserve records, minute- by-minute, what's happening in the classroom.
