Constitutions of Supreme Council Before Amendments of 2010 – Art. 329 — The first three officers as well as the Treasurer and the Secretary of each Subordinate Body shall be elected. All other officers shall be elected, or appointed by the presiding officer of the Body as the Rules and Regulations of the Body provide. After Amendments of 2010 (Philadelphia) – Art. 329 — Presiding officer as well as the Secretary and Treasurer of each Subordinate Body shall be elected. All other officers shall be elected or appointed as provided for in the Rules and Regulations or By Laws governing that Body. – Allows individual Valleys flexibility in their organizational structure.
