4. Why Does It Cost So Much To Play? How are the fees used? Player/Coach gear and equipment $125/player Game Filming/tournament fees/coaching clinics/dues $102/player Coach Pay $241/player Facilities Fees and Maintenance $219/player Total: $687/player (based on 32 players)…before the “fun” stuff like pre-games meals, senior night, banquet, rally shirts or other surprise “goodies” Bottom line…… Expenses for lacrosse are more than $700 per player.
