Sports Club Council  Our Client is Mr. Foster Ridpath  “The goal of the SCC is to represent recognized sport clubs at RU that continuously remain in good standing and represent RU in a positive light.”  Clubs associated with the SCC include:  Equestrian  Ice Hockey  Men's and Women's Lacrosse  Men's & Women's Rugby  Men's and Women's Ultimate Frisbee  Men's & Women's Soccer  Men's and Women's Volleyball  Women's Softball  Men's Baseball  Men's Basketball  Men's Football

3. The Old Site Clubs are unable to directly post events and pictures Not Aesthetically Pleasing Pictures for Individual clubs are outdated and poorly organized. No way to organize ALL club events in central location.

4. Plans for the New SCC  Calendar  Central area for clubs to post information on events  News Area  Clubs can login and post short messages about sporting events. ( ex. Posting results )  Place for club admin. to upload photos and information about recent events  Remodel the site  RU Color Palate  Design

In Summary  Where we are going:  We are finishing up the planning phase and we will be entering the Requirements phase.  At deliverable, we expect to have completed:  A newly installed content management system with RU color scheme for the SCC.  A calendar and news section for recent sports events.  The ability for each club to upload their own photos in an organized manner.
