Its unknown if he can actually talk. A good way to remember: A person who is shy may skip their “turn” when it’s time to talk in a conversation.

6. Enervated [en-er-vey-tid] unenervated Definition: without force or strength; depleted of energy Sentence: Carl is a very enervated person, because of this and many other reasons he isn’t called on to do missions. A good way to remember” Someone who is enervated may not have a lot of energy.
