Radio procedure Radios are to be sealed on contest frequency Frequency is 126.4mhz

Recall Procedure Primary recall procedure will be by radio Pilot will be told recall or will be give instruction as to break off and direction to fly in order to avoid traffic Alternate means of recall will be a red smoke flare at the chief judges location If a flare is actuated land immediately Alternate airport 3.5 miles south 4000’ grass strip

Contest Official Time Contest official time starts at 8:30 am local time. Official time ends 30 minutes after the last airplane lands.

Location of Information Weather reports will be posted at registration in side door on bulletin board and at the pilots tent inside the airplane compound Notices concerning the contest, briefings and events will be posted inside the registration building and in the common tent located in the middle of the pilot village. Record phone message is available at 863 647-3254
