4 2012 Sucker Rod Pumping Workshop 4 General Chairman Eric Penner of BP Eric graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Chemical Engineering. He went to work for BP America as a production engineer and has worked a variety of fields, including the Pompano platform in the Gulf of Mexico deepwater, the Arkoma Asset in southeast Oklahoma, the Permian Basin, and the San Juan Basin. He currently focuses on coalbed methane production in the northern part of the San Juan Basin.

5 Sept. 25 – 28, 2012 2012 Sucker Rod Pumping Workshop 5 Keynote Speaker Todd Moehlenbrock VP of Engineering Technology, Devon Todd W. Moehlenbrock is the Vice President of Engin- eering Technology department within the E&P Stra- tegic Services Division at Devon Energy Corp. The Engineering Technology department facilitates the alignment and collaboration across Devon by develop- ing capabilities that support innovation, technology transfer, best practices, and standardization. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has been at Devon since 1999. Prior to his current role, Todd was an operations engineer and manager at Devon, working the Permian Basin and Rocky Mountain assets. Previous to Devon, he worked at Sonat Exploration Co. and Texaco Inc. as a completion and production engineer. He holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa.
