Scheduling Information There are 8 periods a day, 7 are academic. 6 days in a cycle means: 7 x 6 = 42 Students may schedule up to 42 periods, but no less than 36. 39 periods scheduled= 3 study halls. Course Levels AP Courses: College level work at the high school level *weighted course – 5.0 scale Honor Courses: More homework, more reading, more writing *weighted course – 4.5 scale Level 01 Courses: College prep –designed to prepare you for a college curriculum Level 02 Courses: Same work as level 1, but with a focus on completing work in class. Must be recommended.
