Fiscal Year 2015 MDCH and Legislature awarded 1.75 million General Funds to Lead Safe Home Program. This funding will have a significant impact on providing an additional 115 lead safe homes to families across the state!

Asthma Intervention in Multifamily Housing HUD Grant Lansing and Flint Public- Assisted Multifamily Housing Provided in home asthma case mgt. and healthy homes interventions ( MATCH + HH Intervention model) Completed 109 units with follow-up. Community Level = smoke free + IPM policies Additional Units benefited with policies and work order process. Evaluation and findings
