Croquets de Bordeaux Ingredients : 125 g of flour 50 g of sugar 75 g of almonds 1 eggs Vanilla pod 1 packet of baking powder 50 g of butter

Preparation Preheat oven température 6 (180°) For the pastry, place the almonds, flour, vanilla seeds, butter, the yeast powered and sugar and mix all with a large wooder spoon and then mix by hand.

Preparation Form your pastry into a large ball with your hand.

Preparation Brush the pastry with eggs then put on a piece of parchment paper, and scratch this in two directions to form a grid.
