4. First, put the yolks and vanilla in a bowl and mix them with a fork. Then, add sugar, flour, salt and cocoa to the mix. Beat the mixture. Next, roll the dough and place it on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 200.

5. After that, take it out of the oven, wait until it cools. Spread the mousse and make the rolls with the dough. Finally, place them on a plate and it’s ready to eat.
