1. Welcome to Fleetwood

2. Fleetwood is unique because it is the only town in the United Kingdom to possess three lighthouses. Two are actually located within the town itself, and are still fully operational. The third - Wyre Light - is unique since it was the first screw pile lighthouse to be built and lit in Great Britain

5. The current Mount Pavilion was erected in 1902. Before this, a small wooden structure stood, which had been erected by Sir Peter Hesketh-Fleetwood to enable early visitors to sit and rest. The views of the town back then must have looked a lot different to what we have today. Today, spectacular views of the Lake District can be seen most days, and on certain days in summer, the Isle of Man is visible

8. The Marine Hall stands grandly in its own gardens, and is used for shows and entertainments of all sorts.The Marine Gardens have loads of outdoor fun facilities, with pitch and putt, crazy golf, children's play areas and lots of live entertainment on throughout the summer afternoons. Lovely.
