Use their resources (personnel, facilities, finances) for God’s Kingdom

Assess the Results after an Event, and in our scheduled staff meetings.

Invest the time and money to teach, train, and retrain people to develop their skills (Learn their Spiritual Gifts),
And to implement quality ministry methods (Apply their Spiritual Gifts.)

To Abide In Christ is to Meditate on Him, Think of His Promises, Obey Him.
Jesus’ Spirit (Holy Spirit) flows from the Vine to the branch
The Goal is not to bear fruit, but to ABIDE
