5. Radio Advertising  Scope of Work submitted to OITS Procurement Department.  Formal proposal received from Curtis Media; over budget under desired campaign length.  Modified proposals received. Under review.  Staff made some minor changes to Curtis Media proposal.

6. Telecommunicator Recognitions  Board wants to recognize your telecommunicators at 911 Board meetings for the job they do in handling major events.  Can also do recognitions at local level such as county commissioner and city council meetings.

7. One Day Training Classes for Managers  Two topics you asked for:  Understanding the Financials  Nuts and Bolts of PSAP Operations- The Technical Stuff  Created a high level outline for Nuts and Bolts Class and shared it with Education Committee & Training Sub-Committee. Asking for feedback.  Going to work with Marsha in building a class on financial matters.

8. Statewide 911 Assessment  Writing responses to 74 guidelines in 8 categories.  5 member assessment team will spend 3 days on site doing evaluation in November.  On site assessment will include presentations to the assessors from a State team of 15-20 subject matter experts.  Assessment team will have opportunity for Q & A with state team members on guideline responses and presentations.
