2 How it works… SOS Response™ is a life safety solution that provides 24/7 professional monitoring assistance through the use of an innovative smartphone app. When activated, it automatically sends valuable authenticated images (30 photos in 30 seconds), GPS location and time/date stamp to a designated professional monitoring center. With these real-time visuals, trained operators instantly assess and deploy the appropriate response, whether that be emergency services (police, fire, ambulance), a guard, or call others you designate. The combination of technological improvements, government regulations and employer-driven accountability has led businesses and individuals to search for new ways of protecting themselves, their staff and their families. SOS Response provides significant features and benefits above what has, until now, been the industry standard. It closes the gap between personal safety risks and today’s available security solutions. 3 What’s the deal… SOS Response™ has been developed with ease of use for end consumers, dealers and monitoring centers in mind. By signing up as a Dealer, your team will receive the same access to training and promotional tools as our own staff, including: Setup of the SOS Central monitoring interface for your staff and dedicated monitoring centre. Complete access and training on the SOS Central monitoring interface. An online listing on www.sos-response.com, with a direct link to your website and customized purchase page. Direct deposit of funds into your account. Free software updates and information on SOS Response™ and SOS Central version updates. Dealer Program The SOS Response™ Dealer Program is intended for those interested in gaining market share, improving their competitive advantage, and differentiating their service offering to clients, while achieving significant recurring revenue streams. The program works as follows: SOS Response™ and our Dealers agree to geographic regions in which the Dealer will actively promote the product and provide monitoring services. The Dealer may market the product freely within the specified region. All interested customers who contact SOS Response™ are directed to the listed Dealer(s) who service their geographic region. Setup dedicated online registration and purchase SafeCart™ to electronically manage payment processing, and directly deposit Dealer revenues as a percentage of sales. As end consumers purchase SOS Response™, a percentage of the annual or recurring sales go to the Dealer for providing local monitoring service and support. SOS Central is deployed as a tool to manage your user database, and monitor all incoming events in real time. We do not compete in any marketplace. Any sales leads that come to SOS Response™ directly are passed on to the Dealer in their specific geographical area. As our commitment to service excellence, we employ a team of professional sales, implementation and support teams that are always available to our Dealers to assist with: Customization of marketing materials – we customize materials to suit the needs of clients in your area, improving your ability to gain market share and differentiate your company in a competitive marketplace. Closing sales – our sales professionals are available to help you close larger corporate clients. Implementation and deployment to new customers - our implementation team is with you every step of the way to ensure a quick and seamless integration. Training and coaching – ongoing training and support is offered as required, at no extra charge. Technical support – from troubleshooting to addressing frequently asked questions, we’re here to ensure any technical issues are addressed immediately. Product enhancements – you’ll always receive the newest versions of SOS Response™ and SOS Central, along with training and implementation support. 5 How I get paid… SOS Response™ has chosen RevenueWire SafeCart™ as its exclusive e- commerce platform, based on SafeCart’s worldwide track record of high conversions and secure transactions. Each dealer will have a customized SafeCart™ purchase page created to drive sales traffic to. From the customer’s perspective, the purchase and setup process is simple: Customers first download the app at no cost via the App Store, App World or Android Market (depending on their mobile device). Customers then navigate directly to their chosen dealer’s purchase page as advertised, or from our www. sos-response.com dealer listing. SafeCart™ walks the customer through the signup and payment process. When complete, the customer instantly receives a code to activate the app. The registered Dealer receives a secure email alerting them that a purchase has been made. Customer information is automatically entered into SOS Central for operational monitoring. Accumulated payments are directly deposited into the Dealer’s bank account on the 15th and last day of each month. For Dealers interested in bundling the SOS Response™ service with one of their existing offerings, the Dealer has the option of charging the client directly, and self reporting / remitting the licensing fee to SOS Response™ on a monthly basis. “It’s simplicity and intuitiveness is impressive”
