3. Accomodation  Staying in Kings Hotel in Port en Bessin  Separate building behind with rooms and own dining room- fully separated from main hotel.  Rooms of between 4 and 6, with 1 bathroom.

4. Food  French style breakfast in Hotel each morning.  Baguette packed lunch supplied by Hotel.  Evening meal at hotel (range of foods – chicken, pasta, chips, veg etc)  You will have a chance to give any dietary requirements closer to the date.

5. Activities  Cite de le Mer Aquarium and submarine  Walk around Port en Bessin and beach .  Festyland Theme park  Bowling  Visit to partner school ( to be confirmed)  Visit to Fougeres Castle – or similar venue (to be confirmed)  Disco in Evening.  Bayuex tapestry, Shopping in Bayuex.  Souteroscope Caves.

6. Travel  Passports – as much as possible travel on Collective passport.  Collective passport is for; children who hold British passports, children who were born in the uk (British Citizens)  If of another nationality, will need a passport of their own.  www.direct.gov.uk www.direct.gov.uk

7. Payments  Letters about payment were sent out – broken into instalments.  Please try to make the dates of payments.  If there is an issue with the payments, please speak to the office as soon as possible.

8. Other Information.  Medication – will be collected and organised  EHIC cards needed for all children. (more details will be given in April)  Money – set amount of pocket money – adults hold and give out daily.  Contact home – through website.  Groups for travel – counts, tours etc.  Groups in Bedrooms – Once we have bedroom allocation and numbers, give children a voice in friends, and do best we can to match up.
