Trail Definition USFS A Trail is a linear feature constructed for the purpose of allowing the free movement of people, stock, or OHVs. USFS / NPS / BLM / FWS Interagency Trail Definition A linear route managed for human- powered, stock, or OHV forms of transportation or for historic or heritage values.
