3 What is a team? For each of the groups of people say if you think they are a team, and if so what makes them a team

4 What is a team….a definition? …..a group in which the individuals have a common aim and in which the jobs and skills of each member fit in with those of the others….. Bernard Babbington-Smith

5 What is a team … a better definition? A small number of people with complimentary skills who are committed to a common purpose, performance goals, and common approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable. Katzenbach and Smith Self assessment of your team? Turn to the person next to you and say how well you think your own team measures up against each aspect of this proposition?
