2 Actively participate in a group The picture on the right is people working together to clean up the roads that were full of garbage. The picture on the right is people working together to clean up the roads that were full of garbage. The picture on the left shows kids cleaning up garbage at a beach. 3 Know the groups rules and values In the game of this “Breakin Da Rules” you have to know what rules to follow and the values of this would be winning the game. You can accomplish this better with a group.

4 Listen to other group members When people have something to say you should listen and not jump to conclusions. When people have something to say you should listen and not jump to conclusions.

5 Express ideas to other group members  In this picture the kids on the top are raising there hands to express what they are thinking. The picture on the bottom is showing a group and if you put them together it makes sense.

6 Be sensitive to the group member’s ideas and views If you are not sensitive to group members then they maybe might be sad just like the picture of the little boy crying. If you compramise then you will get a bunch of happy people just like in the picture with a bunch of people smiling. 7 Be willing to compromise if necessary to accomplish the goal  This basketball player has accomplished a goal because his teammates and him worked together to get the ball to him to dunk the ball into the basket.

8 Be a leader or follower to best accomplish the goal. As you notice I picked both pictures with a blue person or thing, that indicates that the blue are the leaders, they are being first that makes them the leader.

9 Work in changing settings and with people of differing backgrounds On the left side the picture with the sunset on the beach is a setting. You can work anywhere no matter what setting you are at. On the right side the picture with the smiley/sad faces it doesn’t matter what kind of background you have you should still put them in your group.
