7 Present perfect continuous It has been raining that is why we are so wet. He has been waiting for an hour. We have been playing tennis since we were four years old.

10 For and since For When we count a certain period (a month, two weeks, five hours etc.) It gives the answer to the question: How long? Since We use when we say the starting point of the period. It gives the answer to the question: Since when?
