4 Project Accomplishments to Date  Completed trout distribution surveys  Completed the collection of stream gradient data  Completed initial dye flow studies  Collected discharge data  Collected trout population data  Moved brook trout to Indian Flats Prong

5 Planned accomplishments for 2008  Initiate Aquatic Insect Monitoring, May 2008  Allow anglers to harvest rainbow trout, June  Re-survey fish population monitoring sites, July  Treatment with antimycin September 7 – 12 and September 14 - 19

6 Opportunity for Training in the use of Antimycin  The draft “Field Manual for the Use of antimycin for the Restoration of Native Fish Populations” states that all Project Managers must have participated in two projects or one project and the training taught at NCTC.  This project offers each partner in the EBTJV the opportunity to have one or two staff members to receive training in a field project  If interested, contact Steve Moore, steve_e_moore@nps.gov or (865) 436 – 1250. steve_e_moore@nps.gov
