3. ENO POINTE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY  Located in North Durham  Approximately 75 residents with memory impairment  Primarily funded by Medicare  Varying degrees of dementia  Participant selection made by facility administrator

PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION  Enrolled 20 residents  Interviewed families, interacted with residents  Purchased music, created playlists  Expanded music library with donated CDs  Established system for secure storage  Intuitive labeling for ease of distribution  Trained staff and encouraged participation
