4.  Health Compliance ◦ After orientation SOM continues to check compliance  October 1  April 1 Any student out of compliance on these dates will automatically be charged the $150 Late Compliance Fee. No exceptions. We strongly recommend that you check your compliance every month.

5.  Mandatory Student Health Coverage (Insurance) ◦ If you do not have your own – VIVA ◦ If you have your own – waive through Student Health (If you forget to complete the waiver you will be charged!)

6.  Tuition and fee payment ◦ Tuition is an annual charge ◦ First installment due September 1, 2010 ◦ Second installment due January 1, 2011 ◦ Student Accounting charges late fees ($25 - $250) ◦ Financial hold on Banner/BlazerNet means you can’t attend class ◦ To check your balance – BlazerNet, Student Tab ◦ Strongly advised to look at the details of your bill
