9 Parent/Chaperones We need your student to stay in your room with you on this trip. This will save us a significant amount of money overall on hotel rooms. You will need to call Holiday Inn Express and tell them you are with our group. Reserve your room ASAP. If you wish to stay in a different hotel, with your student, that is fine, however, please note that we won’t be able to provide you transportation and we will be leaving/arriving at Holiday Inn Express. You will not find a less expensive hotel in such a great location.

10 Costs Flight - $265 – You may fly on your own away from the group only if you have a parents flying with you Also, if you want to get on this exact same flight with the team by using air miles or if you work for an airline, that is fine. However, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can a student fly on their own without a parent. Other costs - $200 – won’t know the final cost on this until January. Payment schedule $50 – tonight $215 – by December 14 th $200 – January 18 th Misc Costs - $75 – Need to have for Entertainment – we will decide on this closer to January Food Money – your student will receive $120 for food money on the trip.

11 Entertainment Still working on this. If you have suggestions, please let me know. Plan for $75 in costs for entertainment
