3. ATutor – system of the distance learning, developed in University of Toronto. The system was developed in 2001 and steals one of the leading system of educational material in market. Our university (TNTU) uses an adapted version of learning management system (LMS) ATutor (Canada), which supports international standards and formats (QTI, IMS, SCORM) for storing study information. 5. Requirements to the server software: server OS (Linux is recommended); web-server (Apache or NGINX is recommended); PHP 5.2.0 and highly; MySQL 4.1.10 and highly. Requirements to the client software: web-browser (Firefox or Opera is recommended; possible application Internet Explorer 9 and highly); for the displaying multimedia necessary establishment of correspond programs for web-browser. 6. Professional requirements to the administrator The ATutor administration can be carried out by one administrator. Reference requirements: knowledge of the server executive system, web--server, firewall and others like that; knowledge of network principles; desired knowledge HTML, PHP and SQL. 7. In the TNTU published booklet about work with ATutor for tutors (teachers) and developed twenty hours educational program. The tutors get knowledge about ATutor possibilities and practice of its application, the HTML bases and use it before the developing of educational materials in E-learning. Learning users | 7

8. Lecture material can contain multimedia files (video, audio, flash and others like that). The ATutor system conducts video conferences by Marratech program. The version free of charge and gives possibilities to participate in a video conference for five users. Organization of web conferences provides by Big Blue Button. 9. In the TNTU introduction of e-learning on the basis of ATutor started from 2004. From that time more than 1200 educational courses was developed by 445 tutors. System had more than 13000 users.
