6 What do the numbers have in common? What is a factor? How can you prove that each of the numbers is a factor of 18? What does it mean to find the factors of a number? What numbers from the list can be multiplied together to make the product 18? What is the difference between listing the factors and factor pairs?

7 Seating Problem Use base-ten blocks to solve this problem. Discuss and agree on your plan with your partner. Carry out your plan with your partner. Use the table to record your process. A caterer set up chairs for a wedding with 18 chairs in each row. If he did this for 14 rows, how many total chairs were there?

14 Work it out using Bullet Points. Lana was a volunteer for a fun run near her home. Several local businesses donated items to give to the runners after they finished the race. Lana had 54 boxes of raisins, 36 bottles of water, and 18 bananas. Lana wants to place the items into bags containing equal amounts of each item. What is the GREATEST number of bags Lana could make from the items so that each bag contains the same amount of each item. How many bags would there be? What items would each bag contain?
