4 Getting to Know You Stand up if you… –are a classroom teacher –are a coach / consultant / coordinator –are an administrator –know more than 5 people in the room –travelled more than 3 hours to get here –have attended CAMPPP for each of the four previous years

5 Norms We are all part of learning collective. When speaking, address the whole group. Interactions are intended to move the collective forward. If you are in need of an answer, ask now. Arrive on time for all sessions and engage fully in the moment.

8 Goals for Math CAMPPP 2012 Participants will: make new connections and renew past connections think critically and reflect on current reality when making professional decisions about –teaching and learning fractions –learning with disabilities –capturing and responding to student understanding –balancing instructional approaches, assessment strategies, learning supports –planning for classroom dynamics –Participants will be ready to put CAMPPP “AHA” moments into action!
