What we expect of our IC Agent… Some knowledge of the transportation/trucking industry Computer and Phone Friendly, professional and courteous treatment of customers, vendors and staff Ability to learn and grow

IC Sales Agent or IC BrokerAgent? IC Sales Agent: You find the customers, we move the freight. Commission split reflects this and you have no responsibility other than finding the business. IC Broker Agent: You find the customers, you move the freight. Commission split is higher for this type of IC Agent, essentially you have your own ‘mini’ brokerage.

Traffic Management provides the back office AR & AP and also provides the Licensing, 100K Bond and Insurance for both types of IC Agents.

What is the Commission? Commission is based on the gross profit of the load. For example: We bill out $1000 to your customer and pay $900 to your carrier $100 would be the gross profit commission in the load, and that is what the split would be taken from.
