This course is based on the EC-UNDP Joint Training on Effective Electoral Assistance initiative conducted in collaboration with International IDEA and developed on the structure and the contents of the “EC Methodological Guide on Electoral Assistance”, of IDEA’s “Handbook on Electoral Management Design” and of “UNDP Electoral Assistance Implementation Guide”.
