20. Conclusions 1. It is not the same an university-to-university setting than a university-to-city environment 2. Stereo and 5.0 just work, but echo is a problem. Distance between micros and altavoces +echo cancelation equipment are solutions. 3. The professors and students enjoyed the service, including the web based platform. 4. Cities are ready to innovate. 5. International collaboration is needed.
