4. What do I need to get the Permit?? It depends on what you are getting a permit for Generally you need the following ◦ Money $$$$ ◦ Two sets of Building Plans ◦ Blueprints  Site plan (Plot Plan)  Foundation  Floor / elevation  Cross Section

5. How long does it take and what will I get?? After applying for the permit it will come to you in the mail within 3 to 12 business days You will receive your building permit ◦ This must be displayed on the structure at all times You will also receive an inspection check sheet signifying when you need to call for inspections and what is to be inspected
