2. After Jesus went up to Heaven, His disciples, Mary, His mother, the holy women and the apostles gathered together to pray. They prayed for ten days. 1

3. 2 On the tenth day they heard a rush of wind and flames of fire hung over their heads.

4. They were filled with the Holy Spirit. They could speak in different tongues. They were no longer afraid. They got a lot more courage. 3
