2. Activity: In pairs: Choose one of the following time periods and create a timeline: 1939 – 1954 1954-1963 1964-1967 1968 1969-1973 Research five major events, two major figures and three issues that were topical at the time. Make mention of three key figures on either side at the time.

3. Presentation: When you have gathered your information you need to place it on a timeline in A3 format. The five timelines will be grouped together You have one period to complete this research.
