4 Training To attend a training course you must have logged at least 20 Quality Mountain Days To attend a training course you must have logged at least 20 Quality Mountain Days Definition of QMD Definition of QMD The quality of a mountain day lies in a range of factors that make a positive contribution towards a persons development and maturity as an all round mountaineer.
