Earth is the only planet known to have life. There are various types of life on Earth
3
Without water on earth life on earth would not exist. Earth’s surface appears blue because it is made up of 70 percent water. http://video.nationalgeographic.com/vid eo/national-geographic-channel/all- videos/av-5243-5543/ngc-history-of-the- oceans/

EEarth is the only planet to hold life EEarth has many different plants and animals. EEarths revolution, or year, is 365 days EEarths rotation, or day, is 24 hours
5
Earths atmosphere is a layer of gases surrounding the planet that is retained by Earths Gravity. This produces the green house effect, keeping heat on earth.
6
Seasons are a result of earth’s tilted rotation. The 4 seasons are Fall, Winter, Spring Summer.
7
Earth is made up of more than half water. This makes earth appear blue from far away.
8
Without the sun, life would not be able to survive or live on earth. The sun gives living organisms energy.
9
EEarths gravity keeps objects from flying off it’s surface. EEarth’s gravity is more than the moon, yet less than other planets.
10
OOur technology has been increasing every day. WWe now have ways to explore space, from the safety of earth. WWith increasing technology we may be able to land on mars one day soon.
11
WWe are developing new, faster, safer, and more economical cars. TThe look of cars is changing to appeal to the consumer, and older models are also being brought back.
12
WWith threats of global warming increasing, we are taking preventative steps to save our planet SSome ways of natural energy are wind turbines, solar panels, and water turbines.
13
How many seasons does earth have? What is the name of the seasons? What color does the earth appear from far away? How much of the earth’s surface is water? What are some examples of life on earth? How long is earth’s rotation? What is another name is for a year on earth? What keeps everything on earth? What layer of gases protects earth from outside forces? What is one way to protect the earth from global warming?
