The Faculty Ethics Committee Provides guidelines for the ethical conduct of research. Ensures that staff and students are trained in the ethical conduct of research. Has developed a procedures for handling ethics issues of all research in the faculty, through faculty or departmental ethics committees or, where appropriate, through NHS. Report annually to the University Ethics of Research Committee via the Faculty Ethics Officer.

Ethics of Research Committee The Ethics of Research Committee is a Joint Committee of Senate and Council. Foster a University-wide awareness of ethics issues. The Committee aims to assist faculties with ethical issues in research.

Ethics of Research Committee put in place procedures to encourage the ethical conduct of research. monitor and review faculty procedures. give guidance on ethical issues referred from faculties. hear appeals on decisions made by faculties. report annually to Senate and Council. overarching committee for all University ethics committees.
