WELD PROJECT #4 1)Using this as a template, center punch plate at every intersection. 2)Weld dots at each center punch approximately 1/8” dia. and 3/16” in height and create a ‘haystack’ point on each weld. (BASE MATERIAL: ½” X 6” X 6” CRS)

WELD AND HAND FINISH PROJECT #10.751 -.747 DIA THIS TASK IS TO MOVE THE.750 CENTER DIAMETER.250 IN THE DIRECTION OF THE ARROWS BY WELDING ONE SIDE OF THE CENTER DIAMETER TO ADD THE MATERIAL NEEDED TO HAND FINISH IT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL DIAMETER AND MOVE THE CENTER. GRINDERS AND FILES ARE USED FOR FINISHING.. TOLERANCE IS.004 INCHES..250 (BASE MATERIAL: 2.0” DIA. X 2.0 LONG CRS)
