Remember it's not about you If you interpret life too subjectively you get hurt

Negative thinking is a bad influence to everything you do It affects your mood, your life and people around you

Stop your negative thoughts dead on their tracks You can do it every time you want! Nobody will stop you!

Self-criticism sends disempowering messages to yourself It is a limiting and self-destructive behaviour

You can stop self-criticism and start empowering yourself!

Grudges are bad for your heart Physically & emotionally

You have everything you need inside of you right now! Be confident and keep on going

Anxious thoughts reflect uncertainty about the future

ask yourself - "Is this anxious thought based on real evidence?"

Realize that the pain in heartbreaks is not the loss itself

It's the idea of the loss that you create in your head that is the self inflicted pain.
