Novitex is disrupting the market in how we are helping our clients address their pain points. We are driving innovation by moving them from paper to electronic. Rounding out our solution offerings. 7 What is one thing you will do to lead your team? 7 Embrace transformation. Lead by example. Encourage open dialogue and challenge the status quo. Grow our current revenue through profitable business while understanding our client paint points and how the IDLC can be applied. Motivate them to support our transformation or move them on to something else so the rest of us can achieve the company’s goal. Remove obstacles to get the job done. Be decisive and actionable. Establish a play to win attitude as opposed to a play not to lose. Encourage team to create a culture of leaders, not followers. Give out 6amp batteries. Demonstrate same commitment. Will not take NO for an answer. Foster a “can do” “can resolve” “can achieve” approach. The question is not “can we do it?”, but “ how do we make it happen ?” More focus on results vs. process. Leaders don’t just try, they accomplish what they set out to do.
