INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES AND TASKS I will encourage students to adopt 21 st century learning aids. I will conduct worksheets, online quizzes and encourage them to participate in group discussions. Students will be emphasized to follow the iterative cycle i.e. plan, do, review and share to ensure a better end product. In order to promote higher order thinking, cross questioning will be encouraged.

SOLUTIONS TO ANTICIPATED CHALLENGES CHALLENGES I. Initially students might show hesitation in adopting new strategy. II. Few students might be reluctant. III. Some might not have computers at home. IV. Few parents don’t allow their wards to have access to computer. SOLUTIONS I. I will encourage and make them aware of the advantages of adopting 21 st century approaches. II. For persuasion, marks would be awarded in the end of the assignment. III. Extra effort will be done by allowing them to use computer in school during their free time. IV. Counseling will help them to allow limited access to internet.
