D. Our Challenges in Application of Resurrection.

1. To live in the new and unique spiritual life in Christ. Rom 6:4

Rom 6:4, “Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life.”

2. To appreciate and apply the grace of God in our lives. Phil 3:20 ‑ 21

3. To stand confidently in the promises of God, in order to excel in Divine Good Production. 1 Cor 15:58

1 Cor 15:58, “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.”

4. The resurrection of Christ is the basis for the believer's confidence in the future. 1 Peter 1:3 ‑ 5, 21; Phil 3:21

5. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the basis for the believer’s happiness in life. 1 Peter 1:3-8

6. To understand that the power which resurrected Christ is now made available to you in the execution of the Plan of God for your life. 2 Cor 13:4; Eph 1:19-20; Phil 3:10

2 Cor 13:4, “For indeed He was crucified because of weakness, yet He lives because of the power of God. For we also are weak in Him, yet we will live with Him because of the power of God directed toward you.”

That is why Paul said in Phil 3:10, “That I may come to know Him and the power of His resurrection.”
