WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT Truly tri-partite – workers & unions, employers associations and the regulator working as a team, towards a common goal Reporting directly to the Offshore Industry Advisory Committee (OIAC) – real influence to effect change if we provide hard evidence

A RECENT SUCCESS Additional training for Safety Representatives – a new industry standard currently being developed by OPITO for additional developmental training Follows work by WIG to identify gaps and secure support of OIAC OIAC was able to obtain buy-in from Step Change to adopt the standard

IN SHORT TODAY IS ABOUT Learning from each other to understand the real issues affecting workforce involvement Spreading good ideas and practices Working to Eradicate bad practices Hearing from you!
