Recovery in our Communities Our Service Users Average age = 35 Using Heroin for on average 15 years 29% are women compared to 32% of the drug taking population 59% of our service users have children 52% have no qualifications on entry to treatment 66% are unemployed 21% are long term sick

Recovery in our Communities Examples of Recovery outcomes At Portland House all service users graduate with qualifications Park House has 73% planned exits since June 2010 Prison TCs currently have an average completion rate of 62% In our adult residential services we have seen improvements in psychological health of 45%; physical health of 46%, quality of life by 69%
