Background Integrated Community Sustainability Plans (ICSP) are a requirement under the Canada-GN Gas Tax Agreement The Gas Tax Fund supports infrastructure that promotes a cleaner environment and produces sustainable communities. GN has committed funds towards water, wastewater and solid waste projects. Extension Agreement: Funding expires March 31st 2014.
