Morse code is a method of communication that relies on the transmitting of an alphabet constructed from dots and dashes.

1848 - changes to eleven of the letters, was developed in Germany and eventually adopted as the worldwide standard as "International Morse". The original code is now used only the United States and has became known as Railroad or American Morse code.
