VII. Major Issues The Economy is one of Argentina’s major problems –Argentina was deep in debt in 2002 –President Kirchner improved the economy, but made a lot of countries angry Missed some debt payments –His wife (the new president) needs to keep it up, but to be on time with foreign creditors
