UCAS application September 2015 Cost: £23.00 for two – five choices and £12.00 for single choice Total of 5 choices. No order of preference References written by teachers and form tutors.

Personal Statement Personal statement –suggested structure. Course choice? My A levels. My Community service. Why me? Personal statement length: 4000 characters or 47 lines

The application process Application deadlines: – Oxford, Cambridge, Dentistry and Medicine: 15 th October 2015 – All other applicants: 15 th January 2015 – The Head of Sixth Form will send your application; you must go to see the Head of Sixth Form in good time to get your application processed.
