Introduction Task 1 of the WP6 consists on the monitoring and evaluation of the training activities: Subtask 1.1 → Monitoring & evaluation of the training activities for Trainee Municipalities and Conurbation towns and study tours; Subtask 1.2 → Monitoring & evaluation of local training activities for Trainee Municipalities and Conurbation towns; Subtask 1.3 → Monitoring and evaluation of open centralized training sessions. TOOL USED: Satisfaction survey considering several quantitative and qualitatives aspects. Information gathered at the end of each training session. Training activities already done: 2 centralized sessions for Partner Municipalities held in Vicenza and Alba Iulia. 2 local sessions for Partner Municipalities and Conurbation towns. 1 open centralized session during the Energy Week in Brussels.

Methodology A satisfaction survey was prepared to evaluate the following issues: Closed questions (value from 1 to 5) –Contents of the session; –Organization and practical arrangements; –Working groups (round-table discussion); –Speakers. Open questions –General assessment. Tipology of the information analyzed: Quantitative: indicators of the degree of satisfaction (value from 1 to 5); Qualitative: some indicators were created from the ‘special comments about any aspect of the training session’.

The study tours were very interesting in both sessions. 1st and 2nd Local Training Session The local training sessions were very useful and it would be desirable to keep them in the future.
