B IOTIC Any organism is biotic (plants, animals, cells, people, etc) A biotic organism is also something that once lived (dead flower, dead tree, dead person)

A BIOTIC F ACTORS Non-living parts of an ecosystem (light pole, car, etc)

E COSYSTEM An environment of any sort An area in which there are both living and non-living things. For example: forest, ocean, lake, city, cave Glenn High School is an ecosystem

A SSIGNMENT : C OMPLETED ON YOUR OWN PAPER In your notebook, compile a list of 10 abiotic factors and 10 biotic factors that exist in Glenn High School Also, compile a list of 5 abiotic factors and 5 biotic factors that exist in YOUR neighborhood.
